Information Security and Account Deletion Agreement.

Introduction

This agreement outlines the data security practices of EVERCLOUD, LLC products and the steps users can take to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data.

Information Security

  • Data Encryption: All user data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Data Access: Only authorized personnel have access to user data.
  • Data Retention: User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Copy your account unique ID
  3. Send an e-mail to delete@www.everdent.app with the following subject: ACCOUNT DELETION [account ID]. and make reference of your account ID also in the mail body, this mail should be sent from the administrator mail account registered in our platform.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed:

  • Account information (name, email, password)
  • Activity history
  • Configuration data
  • Saved data (Customers, invoices, medical info, etc.)

Types of Data Retained

In some cases, certain data may be retained after account deletion, such as:

  • Data required to comply with legal obligations
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be linked to an individual user

Additional Retention Periods

The following data will be retained for the indicated periods:

  • Billing information: 7 years
  • Error log data: 30 days
